These Terms of Service govern your use of TFC Repairs' website and the maintenance and handyman services we provide. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.
TFC Repairs provides property maintenance and handyman services including, but not limited to: general repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, drywall installation and repair, interior and exterior painting, and flooring installation and repair.
All services are subject to availability and a site assessment where required. We reserve the right to decline any job that falls outside our scope of work or presents safety concerns.
Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. All prices are inclusive of labour unless otherwise stated. Material costs will be itemised separately on your quote.
We provide honest, transparent pricing. Any changes to the agreed scope of work will be communicated and approved before additional charges are incurred.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed quote or written approval via email or WhatsApp. We will provide a scheduled appointment window and notify you of any changes as early as possible.
Emergency callouts are subject to availability and may incur an additional callout fee, which will be communicated upfront.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless a prior arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
For larger projects, a deposit of up to 30% may be required before work commences. Late payments beyond 14 days may attract an interest charge.
We stand behind the quality of our work. All labour carried out by TFC Repairs is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of completion. If a fault arises from our workmanship within this period, we will return to rectify it at no additional cost.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear.
Where we supply materials, we use quality products appropriate for the job. Client-supplied materials are used at the client's risk. We cannot guarantee workmanship quality when using materials not sourced by us.
The client is responsible for ensuring our team has safe and unobstructed access to the work area. Any delays caused by lack of access or unsuitable site conditions may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
TFC Repairs carries full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage not directly caused by our work.
We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
